Why I Want Sony Xperia P?

July 31, 2012 0 Comments

I've always wanted to have a new phone, since I got a Sony Ericsson K530i from my sister as a "present", I never ever buy a new one for myself, because I found it hard to save money from my income because I already have a baby to support her important needs like milk and diaper. I always admired Sony products just like my phone, very usable, cute and the durability last a lifetime. Even if my daughter always throw it,   still intact and usable.

When Sony announced the NXT line (Xperia S & U) as their first batch of handsets post-Sony-Ericsson era, I'm really dying to have one. But sadly I don't have the budget, so I'm waiting for the right time. And now the right time comes, I'll try my luck to have the next batch Xperia P for free. Thanks to Yugatech for the chance to get it for free. I really wanted this phone because it has a lot of new features that I haven't experience yet. It really looks elegant and social. I wanted to be like social with this phone at least once in my life.

Sony Xperia P specs:
4.0” Reality Display @ 960×540 pixels @ 275ppi
1GHz dual-core NovaThor U8500
DB8500 GPU
16GB (non-expandable)
HSPA up to 14.4Mbps
WiFi 802.11 b/g/n with WiFi hotspot
Bluetooth 2.1
8MP rear, VGA front-facing camera
1080p @ 30fps
GPS w/ aGPS support
Li-Ion 1305mAh battery
Android Gingerbread 2.3.7 (upgradeable to ICS)
122 x 59.5 x 10.5mm (dimensions)
120 grams (weight)

I don't need a digital camera anymore if ever I won this Xperia P because 8 MP is way, way better than my phone today. Much more clear and beautiful shots to keep. I'll enjoy connecting to Wifi at the office and update my blogs, status and tweets. A lot more applications to explore. This Solid metallic unibody design surely has a good performance and will keep our memories clear with the great camera.

Coming Home to Mandaue Foam

July 28, 2012 0 Comments
I'm always dreaming of my own house and imagining what it looks like. How beautiful it should be? How big? What style? What's the design? How to keep it clean and comfortable for me and my family and even those people coming in? Those are the things that keep my mind busy whenever I got the chance to see pieces of furniture and fixtures, home appliances and beautiful houses. I love to see beautiful sofa, beds, dining table and decorations. When Nuffnang emailed me about Mandaue Foam I immediately headed to their site and looked for the gallery of their products. I was amazed and I'm aiming for at least one when the time comes I am able to buy for our own house.  With the tagline  "Your home, your imagination", Mandaue Foam aims to provide very affordable and high-quality foam and furniture products to the Filipino people.
Here are my top 3 choices after browsing their gallery:
This bed is definitely a dream for a couple. Seems like I'll be having a good sleep with my husband. I may feel so special whenever I lay my back on this bed. For my future home, I hope to have this as the best thing to say my own.

I liked the concept of this design, in case the room is just fair, not small and not big, we can save space by this kind of bed. It is good for kids if they don't have their own room.

This dining table persuades you to eat a lot, perfect for my family who loves to eat. Simple, elegant and comfortable, a place where family dines and unite.

Have some time to watch Mandaue Foam’s newest TV commercial!
Start your own dream, too!

Hair Styles

July 26, 2012 0 Comments
I'm thinking of a new hair style, new look for myself. You know, I'm really sick and tired of binding my hair with ponytail. I was born with annoying frizzy and dry hair and seems it runs in the family from my mother to my youngest sister. Having this kind of hair is kinda expensive because every year I have to go on rebonding to have a good look. I should do it every time my real hair shows. I searched about hairstyles that will complement my personality and that makes me more younger, sexy and happy. Since I wanted a new look, I think I should give it a try.

Curly Short: Get Ahead with a Headband

They're an effective way of keeping the hair off the face and accentuating the eyes, as well as pushing the hair up and giving it a little more lift. So I'll mix and match fashionable headband for a range of looks from boho to elegant... I love those looks and I hope it suits me.
Hair is something that we can all live without. It serves very little useful purpose, yet, when it is lost, it can be devastating to us. Just a reminder to please let's take good care of our hair.

Queen @15th Months - Duplication, Biting, Climbing etc

July 25, 2012 0 Comments
My Queen @ 15th Months

What to expect as your toddler grows and develops new skills?
My baby is growing so fast these days: walking, running, talking a little, climbing, playing a lot, and even doing the things that might harm her like turning on and off the electric fan and unplugged the electric cords. She really need to supervise, but it's a lot more relaxed if sharp objects, breakables, plants, electric cords, wastepaper bins and other temptations are removed from reach. Things should really be kept to avoid your growing child to use, to break it or throw it. As I have observed, all things may be fascinating to my baby, when she sees me using them or I'm doing something, she wants to do the same.

A word "NO" became an expression and seems like she now understand what it means. When she doesn't want something like eating or to be carried by someone, she'll tell you "no,no,no!". She's kinda picky eater, too. Sweet viands and fried wouldn't be delicious for her. Any kind of soup with rice will make her tummy full. I pity her when there's no soup cooked the whole day, so I make sure to give her lots of milk which is her support to a healthy living because her milk Lactum gives the nutrients from the food pyramid.

What makes me more happy when my baby is around? Well, when there's a group of people in front of her or beside her and they laugh for something, Queen also laugh as if she knows what's happening until she became the center of attention.

How she's likely to respond to different situations, people, places and things will help you to understand her needs. Sometimes it's hard to understand what she wants because she's not yet speaking straight words and what she does is to bite to express her feelings towards you. She also cry to make you feel that she needs an attention and shout to say no.

I always remember as a mother, she's depending on me to make her feel comfortable and help her develop to her fullest potential.

Do I Need to Backup All of my Computer Data?
The short answer to this question is no, you do not need to back up all of the files on your computer. However, there are certain files you should definitely backup, so that in the event your computer decides it's time is up, you won't be at a total loss.
So just what files should you be backing up? Although the choice is ultimately a personal one, here are some suggestions:

  •  Information and files relating to banking or other financial transactions
  • Digital photos
  • Purchased/downloaded music from the Internet
  • Purchased/downloaded software from the Internet
  • Important work/school projects
  • Email contact list
  • Internet browser bookmarks

It is generally recommended that you store your most important files Secure Online Computer Data Backup for all computers in the household for $30. Softpedia guarantees that SG Backup is 100% Free, which means it does not contain any form of malware, including but not limited to: spyware, viruses, trojans and backdoors.

With the  Secure Online Computer Data Backup  currently available, it has never been easier or faster to ensure your files are safe and secure.

Absolute Pure Distilled Drinking Water Gift Bag

July 14, 2012 0 Comments
Sorry for this super late post. I want to share to you guys one thing that I got from joining blog giveaways.
Another blessing that I didn't imagine I could get.
Well, here's the announcement photo from Entrepremom. Thanks you so much for the chance to win free items from Absolute and Nuffnang Philippines.

These are the items I've received via LBC.
ginger flavored rootbeer, cobra fit, 100 plus, absolute pure distilled h2o, vitamilk choco flavor

Actually, I haven't read that it should be pick up from Nuffnang office based on the blogger's mechanics. So I 've tried to ask the blogger if it is ok to mail it in our house. Unfortunately, she can't do it. So I also emailed Nuffnang since I have also contacted them before because of my pervious winnings, I'm such a lucky girl because they didn't reply but I was really surprise when I received the gift bag! Yehey! I'm so grateful because Nuffnang is so generous! I love you Nuffnang!

It's my first time to taste the ginger flavored drink, I love the taste not too much of a ginger, you're like drinking a tea which is good for our health. It has benefits to our body so you must try it. You'll surely love it.

I already tasted the vitamilk plain flavor, but I prefer the choco flavor, I'm not fed up with it.
I also love the 100 plus drink, it was like sprite. I will buy for my self next time I go to hypermarket.
